Delivery and pricing rules in detail
- All prices are starting prices plus VAT.
- Open seats: courses run from four actually registered participants. If the minimum group is not reached, registered participants move to the next open date free of charge or switch to an in-house delivery.
- In-house is billed as a team day rate for up to 12 participants. Whether open seats or in-house delivery is more economical depends on the track and group size. We compare both options transparently. The break-even varies by format.

Frequently asked questions
How does a remote live training work?
Live via video conference with a fixed training plan: theory in the morning, labs in the afternoon, daily result checks. Your people work from home or from the office, the trainer is present throughout. A maximum of 12 participants per course.
What does express format mean in practice?
Full training days with one clear learning goal: compact workshops of 1 to 3 days, tracks of 5 or 10 days, splits (2+3, 3+2, 5+5) in two blocks with a practice phase in between. The pace is high, the result measurable: a clear certification roadmap or an operations runbook on the last day.
Are there individual seats or teams only?
Both. In-house formats with up to 12 people are the standard. Selected tracks offer open individual seats, dates on request.
How do in-house and air-gapped work?
Theory remote or on site, disconnected labs always on site: on your hardware or on provided lab hardware. For defence and critical infrastructure we work entirely without internet access, including offline material supply.
What happens after the training?
Every track ends with a certification roadmap: which exam comes next and which practice makes sense until then. On request, coaching sessions follow, or the start of co-management with BORDONARO IT.
